(1) The University shall have a separate fund of its own and the funds shall consist of the following funds:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from the University Grants Commission,
(c) Funds received from the local level,
(d) The amount provided by a person or organization in the form of donation, donation, donation and financial assistance,
(e) Funds received in the form of support or grants from individuals or organizations associated with industry, business,
(f) Funds received in the form of assistance or loans from international associations, organizations, foreign persons, governments, agencies or financial institutions,
(g) Amount received from fee and any other source.
(2) According to clause (f) of sub-section (1), when the university receives any amount, it has to take the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The funds of the University shall be deposited in a commercial bank designated by the Executive Council (4) The operation of funds and accounts of the University shall be as prescribed.
(5) All the expenses of the University shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1) as approved by the Assembly.
